BURN OFF

Capacity: We operate a 1.4m x 2.4m x 1.8m burn off oven which heats components to 480°C for paint and coating removal.

Process: Components are loaded into the oven on jigs and exposed to high temperatures for several minutes. The process is suited to steel and iron or other metals with high temperature stability. Aluminium cannot be processed. Once the process is complete we can arrange for shot blasting onsite.

Applications: Burn Off is ideal for a whole range of applications including removing reject coatings, jig cleaning, bike and car part cleaning, wrought iron fence cleaning, radiator cleaning and steel garden furniture.
