CHEMICAL STRIPPING

Overview: We offer a 4 stage chemical stripping service for steel and aluminium. The service is ideal for heat sensitive components not suited to burn off, magnetic jigs, precision tooling, machine parts and bike/car parts.

Process: The process involves 4 stages as detailed:

  • Primary Soak
  • Alkaline Hydrocarbon Solution
  • Inhibited Hydrochloric Acid
  • Alkaline Rinse

Capacity: Our process tanks can accommodate components upto 1.5m x 0.6m x 0.8m.
