POWDER COATING

Capacity: We operate two state of the art Vol-Tec paint lines with automatic on-line phosphating and manual & automatic on/off line powder spraying controls. Each line is also fitted with dedicated drying and curing ovens.

Paramount Powders: We are part of the Paramount Powders group a privately owned, well established, specialist powder coatings manufacturers based at Hayes near Heathrow airport with an excellent reputation for quality and service coupled with extremely competitive prices. Because of this, we are able to offer low cost powder coating services using the Paramount colours.

Other Coating Suppliers: For specialist applications and coatings to customer specification we also stock paint systems from Trimite, Dupont, Fullers, Roman Hass, Becker, PCS Powders and Akzo Nobel as well as any other coating required.

Epoxy Powder Coating: Epoxy powder coatings have excellent chemical resistance and mechanical properties and are ideal for interior applications. Typical applications for epoxy powder coatings are:

Epoxy Polyester Powder Coating: Epoxy Polyester Powders provide a tough, durable coating with excellent resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage for indoor use. Epoxy polyester powder coatings offer improved light and heat stability compared to pure Epoxy powder coatings.

Polyester Powder Coating: Polyester powder coatings offer hard durable finishes with very good mechanical, light and weather resistance properties ideal for exterior use. Typical applications include
