Stove
Coatings:
We undertake stove enamelling to customer specifications
using a range of coatings including the Trimite
system.
General
Stove Enamelling: We offer a general purpose
stoving finish suited to most applications including
manufacturing, engineering, retail goods and much
more. Stove enamelling offers a high quality smooth
finish superior to that of powder coating which
is tough, mar resistant and melamine reinforced
for improved durability. Stove finishes are available
in the following gloss levels:

Gloss- Low
Gloss
- Off

- Semi-Gloss
- Semi-Matt
- Satin
- Eggshell
- Low
Sheen
- Matt
Pretreatment
is carried out using online iron phosphate or for
aluminium, a two pack self etching primer.
Epoxy
Stoving Finish: A high quality stoving
finish available in several gloss levels. It contains
epoxy resin to give good chemical and corrosion
resistance in many extreme environmental conditions
when used in a suitably primed system. Gloss levels
include:

Gloss
- Semi-Gloss
- Eggshell
- Matt
Stoving
Primers:
Stoving primers are available in mid grey and white
for both steel and aluminium and are suitable
for all stoving top coats. Stoving primers are
ideal where a higher quality, longer lasting
coating is required.
Defence
Coatings:
We can also undertake defence coatings including
Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC), Infrared
Reflecting Topcoats (IRR) and explosive compatible
clear phenolic stoving lacquers. All commonly use
Def Stan and Mil Spec standard paint systems can
be catered for.
